What To Expect:
This is an in-person meeting with me at our office in Sterling Heights.

There is no decision making in the initial meeting: No decisions are made on the initial consult. If mutually agreed, there will be a 2nd consultation scheduled.
There will be no sales pressure: I do not have the time to pressure people into doing something they're not ready for.
You will be asked to gather and bring along relevant info: A list of items to gather and bring along will be given in order to make our meeting productive. We will be pulling out planning software and plugging in numbers. This will be a working meeting.
I charge planning fees: If the decision is made to move forward, the initial planning fee varies based on complexity, but can range from $500 to $5000. Our portfolio management fee starts at 1% per annum and goes down from there based on portfolio size.
This is an introductory meeting: There is no cost and no obligation. I do reserve the right to decide who I work with as an advisor, just as you will retain the right to decide whether to work with us.
Any cancellation or change must be announced: I have a zero tolerance policy for this. Must call or email for any changes or cancellations. No-call/No-shows will be banned from re-booking.
